Owners - Dave Mosely, Tyler Mosely, and Jeff DeVere have a passion for making client's dream home, a reality.

Dave Mosley
Dave left the oil industry in 1985 and joined the construction industry. As one of the original owners in 1988 he has helped develop and grow Rosewater Construction. Dave instills a high level of professionalism into the company that is not often found within the industry.
Tyler Mosley
Tyler is an Owner and Project Manager with Rosewater Construction. He plans to continue the reputation and growth of this fantastic company, while creating new relationships with new clients, and continue to build and grow on the current and past client relationships that have been established by the company. Tyler has a Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is Construction Superintendent Certified. With Tyler’s eight years in the construction industry and the seven years with Rosewater Construction, he continues to improve himself and his skills through his work.
Jeff DeVere
Jeff is an Owner, Project Manager, and Superintendent here at Rosewater Construction. He has been with the company for ten years. His biggest goal is to continue to build the company in the right direction like his father has before him for the last 34 years. Jeff has many accomplishments; retired military is among one of his top achievements. Jeff has a growing knowledgebase for this company and the industry. He is looking forward to continue on the legacy and build Rosewater Construction into the future.
