Rosewater Construction has been a leader in the custom home and remodeling business for over 30 years. Owners, Michael De Vere and Dave Mosely, have a passion for making clients dream home a reality. Michael and Dave have worked together to build a team of construction professionals to handle any size project. Our project managers and superintendents are available and on-site through the duration of the project.

Our Leaders

Michael DeVere

Michael joined the Rosewater Construction team in 1988 after owning his own large and successful painting company. His attention to detail shows in all projects as he is well diversified in all facets of the construction company.

Dave Mosely

Dave left the oil industry in 1985 and joined the construction industry. As one of the original owners in 1988 he has helped develop and grow Rosewater Construction. Dave instills a high level of professionalism into the company that is not often found within the industry.

I wasn't sure they would take on my small job, but they did, and I'm overwhelmed with the work they've done, their attitudes and professionalism! They built new cabinets, finessed a tricky install, hung a twisted juniper mantel, arranged for EVERYTHING from drywall repair to paint touch ups and electronics install, and carpet repair.
