Unlike many of our competitors, we do not hire on a project or seasonal basis. We have steady work all year-round. In fact, we have never layed off anyone because we did not have work.

We have tried to create an environment that is conducive to long-term employment. We offer an IRA-based retirement plan which includes a company matching contribution.
